If you’ve spent some time browsing our website, our social media pages or are on our email list, you’ve likely seen a “Book a Free Intro” button or have heard us talking about coming in for one.

No doubt you have questions about what this entails. And if you’re like most new members, you’re probably a bit nervous. Stepping foot into a brand-new place and meeting someone new can be intimidating, especially if you’re not totally sure what to expect.

So, what is a Free Intro?

A free intro is simply a conversation with us. You will come into the gym, meet with us, you get to see our facilities, and you talk to one of us one-on-one so we find out how we can best help you.

We will guide you through your first workout, so you can meet other members, get a feeling for our community and decide if we are a good fit for you.

During the free intro, there are four main goals:

GOAL # 1 – WE GET TO KNOW YOU

We want to learn all about you! What sort of exercise are you currently doing? What types of exercise have you enjoyed, and what have you not enjoyed? How is your nutrition like? Are you self-motivated or do you need extra accountability?

GOAL # 2 – FIND OUT YOUR GOALS

We want to know more about what you are trying to achieve. Everyone comes into our gym with some goal, otherwise you wouldn’t be coming in. We aren’t successful unless you are, so we dig deep to find out your true goals.
We have to know what your goals are before we can help you figure out how to reach them.

GOAL #3 – HELP YOU CREATE A PLAN

Work together to create your personalized health and fitness prescription. It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach and when you come into our gym to seek our help, we are going to prescribe what the best plan is for you, completely dependent on your goals, and your preferences.

GOAL #4 – GIVE YOU A FEELING OF OUR COMMUNITY

Sometimes we need our fitness community to show us that we’re not alone in the challenge we’re facing and to remind us that we have a supportive group of people who may be experiencing the same journey we’re on. As an adult, it can be hard to find a place where you belong. Working out with a friend or group promotes a feeling of “we’re all in this together.”
When you spend time with the same people every week or in multiple classes, it makes coming to the gym or class a lot of fun. Many members build relationships that extend outside of the gym and become lifelong friends.

Take the first step.

We can’t wait to meet you
