At CrossFit Grays Harbor, we love getting visitors. We believe new people bring new energy to our space. Whether you’re dropping in for a single session or are sticking around for a couple of days, you’re more than welcome at our gym.

  • Put your weights and other equipment back.
  • Be welcoming.
  • Give your best.
  • Respect your coach, there is always room to improve.
  • Respect time.
  • Stick around and show support.
  • Don’t get careless with dropping the weights.
  • Leave your excuses and negative attitude out of the box.
  • If you don’t have anything nice to say, say nothing at all.
  • Be social and kind.
  • Have the best hour of your day.
